Shipping policy

Shipments will only be Monday and/or Tuesday of each week through UPS exclusively within the Continental USA.

The closing time for shipments on Tuesday is 10am (EST).

If your order was placed after that day/time, it will be shipped on Monday  of the following week.

Empire Cookies TM is not responsible for delays in deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are not responsible for lost packages even when they show “delivered” by shipping company

Shipments that are returned for incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for resend.

Shipping charges will not be refunded for late shipments due to closed locations and/or denied access to the place of delivery.

Estimated delivery times do not take into account unexpected weather delays that can affect shipping and arrival dates.

Empire Cookies TM is not responsible for delays in deliveries due to the high volume that shipping companies are experiencing during the pandemic.

Shipments are only for the products specified in the description and/or based on their personalized selection in the product detail.

 

Pick up

Pick up your order seven days a week from 12 pm to 5 pm. Location: Northampton Spring, TX

Orders not picked up at the agreed time and date are not eligible for a refund or a balance in favor for a new order.

 

Local Deliveries

We want to please our local customers, our delivery is service by Doordash.  Additional fees may apply.

Special Orders and Large Quantities

For this type of order, please contact us through the Contact section at least 14 days from the date of pick up or shipment to discuss quantities and flavors of your order, as well as any other special requirements.

All our special orders require an advance of at least 60% of the total amount.
